Our signature fees are strictly regulated by the State of California.
* Acknowledgments — $15.00 per signature
* Jurats (Oaths/Affirmations) — $15.00 per signature
* Certified Copy of a Power of Attorney — $15.00 per copy🚗 Mobile Travel & Convenience Fees
Travel fees cover our time, fuel, and vehicle maintenance to bring the notary office directly to your doorstep. Travel fees are agreed upon upfront and apply even if a signing cannot be completed due to invalid ID or missing paperwork.
* Standard Local Travel (Within 20 miles) — $35.00
* Extended Travel (20–40 miles) — $50.00
* Long-Distance Travel (40+ miles) — $50.00 + $1.50 per additional mile⏰ After-Hours & Special Location Premiums
Additional fees applied for appointments outside of normal business hours or at high-security/restricted locations.
* Early Morning / Late Night (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) — +$30.00
* Weekends & Holidays — +$25.00
* Hospitals, Hospice, & Care Facilities — +$40.00 (Includes up to 30 minutes of wait time)
* Jails & Detention Centers — +$75.00 (Includes up to 1 hour of processing/wait time)
* Excessive Waiting Time — $20.00 per 15-minute increment after the first 15 minutes of arrival.📄 Document Printing & Shipping Services
* Document Printing / Copying — $0.25 per page
* Dual-Tray Printing (Letter & Legal size loan docs) — $25.00 per package (up to 150 pages)
* FedEx / UPS Drop-off — $15.00 (Client must provide a pre-paid shipping label)💡 Client Reminder Checklist
Before our notary arrives, please ensure:
1. Valid Physical Photo ID: All signers must present a current government-issued photo ID (or one issued within the last 5 years). Digital IDs are not accepted.
2. Complete Documents: Documents must be fully filled out with absolutely no blank spaces.
3. Physical Presence: All signing parties must be physically present in front of the notary.
4. Awareness & Willingness: Signers must be alert, aware, and acting of their own free will.
